ABOUT THE COURSE
We can offer the Global Teachers Award 1 course as a face to face or online course. These can be for either whole school/MAT delivery or individual teachers can book onto a schedule course.
Our online courses are live sessions, on easy to use online platforms and include collaborative learning as well as individual and small group offline activities, with virtual coaching and mentoring by our experienced specialist trainers.
The course promotes skills, confidence and practical approaches to incorporate global learning into the curriculum, and active global citizenship into schools.
Discuss your requirements with our deliverers – looking at suitable dates, number of participants, timings, etc. We are able to deliver the GTA1 course in one day (face to face) or arrangements can be made to deliver in 2 half-day sessions or even split up into several twilights.

COURSE ELIGIBILITY
Global Teachers Award 1 (6-hour duration) is suitable for teachers, TAs, HLTAs, EYFS practitioners, student teachers, etc across all levels.
Scheduled courses will be listed on this website.
For our scheduled courses, places must be booked in advance and are very limited.
GTA-2: A Global Teachers Award 2 course (12 hours in duration) is also available, but by invitation only. This course is aimed at teachers who have successfully attained Global Teacher Award 1 by submitting a reflective assignment to their trainer and who are responsible for leading global learning in their school.
