CGE York advances education for the public benefit in subjects relating to global issues within the City Of York, East Riding of Yorkshire and North Yorkshire.
We achieve our charitable objects through a variety of activities, including:
- delivery of CPD to teachers, lecturers, assistants, and post-graduates
- work with community groups and charities
- promoting racial harmony, equality and diversity through funded projects
- supporting schools by encouraging and celebrating their active citizenship
- sharing our global work through our website, newsletters and social media
